June 19, 2026 > Annual Reports

In 2026, ARBI continued to strengthen its role as a centre of hope, resilience, and lifelong recovery. Here are a few highlights:

A Community for Recovery: ARBI continued to provide rehabilitation, wellness, recreation, and community-based programs that helped brain injury and stroke survivors build confidence, independence, and meaningful connection.

Innovation in Support: With generous support from The Calgary Foundation, ARBI launched the Navigating Technology Pilot Program, helping participants build digital confidence and access assistive technology to support daily living.

Supporting Survivors and Families: ARBI continued to support lifelong recovery through group fitness, adaptive programs, Community Connect, caregiver support, wellness services, and the annual Caregiver Retreat at William Watson Lodge.

Recovery Through Community: Donors, volunteers, partners, and supporters helped make ARBI’s work possible through events including the Calgary Marathon, Stampede Breakfast, Cycle for Survivors, and Holiday Open House.

Thank you for helping ARBI remain a lasting source of hope, connection, and possibility for survivors and families.
